  1. Scope of Services: We provide AI-powered legal tools and related solutions, including (but not limited to) Legal AI Agent, Legal AI Studio, and Legal AI Platform. We may also provide custom software development or additional professional services.
  2. User Responsibilities:
    • Ensure your systems meet the technical requirements to access our Services.
    • Maintain internet connectivity and device security. We assume no liability for connection interruptions or security breaches resulting from your negligence.
    • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
    • Do not share access credentials with unauthorized parties or otherwise misuse our Services.
  3. Platform Performance:
    • The Services are provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
    • We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

5. Anti-Terrorism and Prohibited Activities

  1. Compliance With Laws: You agree not to use our Services for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to laws related to anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, export control, or economic sanctions.
  2. Prohibited Use: You represent and warrant that you will not:
    • Engage in or facilitate any terrorist or illicit activities.

    • We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal purposes.
  3. Restrictions:
    • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit our Services to develop competing products or for any unauthorized purpose.

    • Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
